Diode Friendly Acrylic

Finally... acrylic that works with your diode laser!

Our Diode Friendly Collection features selected Clear Cut cast acrylic sheets that have been successfully tested on a 10W xTool diode laser.

Unlike traditional acrylic, these colours can be cut using a diode laser when the correct settings are used.

What you need to know

✔ Tested on a 10W xTool diode laser

✔ Best results are achieved using:

• High power
• Slow cutting speeds
• Multiple passes
• Good focus
• Air assist (recommended)

✔ Every diode laser is different.

✔ Every acrylic colour reacts differently.

For this reason, there is no universal setting.

We strongly recommend cutting a small test square before starting your project.

Settings may need to be adjusted based on:

• Laser brand
• Laser wattage
• Lens cleanliness
• Focus
• Air assist
• Material colour
